Edge partnered with the Boomer Esiason Foundation (BEF) to help
raise funds for research and awareness for cystic fibrosis. Mobile
Edge introduced the durable BEF
Premium Backpack and sporty G-Pak,
named after Gunnar Esiason, Boomer's son. Mobile Edge donates 10
percent of the retail sales price of each BEF case to the Foundation.
A women's Signature
Tote has just been released, to round out our BEF Collection.
The Susan G. Komen for the Cure foundation has one mission, to
help eradicate breast cancer as a life threatening disease once
and for all. Mobile Edge has joined forces with the Foundation
to help raise money for research and awareness. To this end, we
have designed our exclusive line of pink-themed
cases to benefit the Foundation, contributing 10 percent of
the sale price of each case we sell. We are pleased to be able
to help make a difference supporting the great work of this noteworthy
Foundation.
Please join us in supporting both the Boomer Esiason Foundation
and Susan G. Komen for the Cure!
Last
week, Chicago Bulls Forward Luol Deng told us about the urgent
need for nets along the Chad-Sudan border. More than 200,000 Chadians
have been forced into refugee camps, and by years end, an estimated
25% of the children in these camps could die from malaria without
our help.
Today we are ecstatic to announce that your donation to the Chadian
refugees will be doubled! Humanity United has agreed to
match all contributions—net for net, dollar for dollar—for
all the money raised for refugees in Chad!
That means for every ten dollars you can contribute, you’ll be
sending two nets—covering two children—saving two lives! If you
can send $50, you can cover 10 people!
The UN Foundation is pleased to inform you that your donation
will be matched in full by a generous grant from the
Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
You can help support us by making a secure online donation.
Boomer Esiason, former NFL quarterback and President of the Boomer Esiason Foundation, was recently interviewed on ESPN.com. He spoke about how he has vowed to make a difference for those affected with cystic fibrosis. His son Gunnar has cystic fibrosis and the video shows early childhood video of how Boomer and his family have helped Gunnar battle this terrible disease.
Mobile Edge is a proud sponsor of the Boomer Esiason Foundation, and donates 10 percent of the sales price of each BEF laptop case they sell back to the Foundation.
This is a very inspirational video. Watch the video and see how Gunnar is doing today with this illness.
